Looks like it’s a choice between Miles Edgeworth or Zack Fair for Halloween.
Either way I’ll need a bloody good wig. What one should I go for? (decided to rule out the previously mentioned Roy Mustang costume, as literally NO ONE will know who I am)

Where the hell do i get a wig like this??
OK, I’ve decided I’m gonna be the charming Miles Edgeworth (seeing as I now have the costume from a pal & don’t REALLY want to spend 60-80quid on a cosplay costume). Only thing I’m missing is THAT hair:
I’ve never worn a wig in my life so I have no experience at all: I don’t think there’s gonna be a wig exactly like this so what’s best? Should I get a long one & cut it? Advice please you lot :)

Bought a dark grey wig.
Now what I need is a hairdresser to turn it from generic-long-haired-beast to this:
Whoever does it will have my eternal love; partially because I wouldn’t have a clue where to even start with it!
PS No I am NOT posting a pic of me in said wig. I look like an absolute pleb (more than usual). HOW DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE LONG HAIR IT’S BLOODY MURDER >.< And don’t get me started on the fringe that keeps getting in my eyes! I prefer a skinhead I think…

GOD DAMMIT
So an update on my Halloween costume.
I have the wig to be styled, I have the fancy shoes & waistcoat, & I also have the cosplay suit my best pal bought online but he didn’t like it. Everything looks fine…until I try the trousers on properly. They’re so fecking short why didn’t I notice?!?! And they don’t look like they could be lengthened very much…..so what do I do?
God, & here I was thinking I had it all sorted. FAIL.

Miles Edgeworth costume finally fully sorted! (after ironing of course)
Now for the wig. I officially have a weekend to find someone that can shorten the wig I have in an effort to make it look a bit like Edgey’s ‘do, after the person who was originally going to do it suddenly decided she couldn’t. UGH.

MY WIG HAS BEEN SORTED
All it needs now is some wax on the night then it’s PERFECT. I think I’ll actually be able to pull off Miles Edgeworth’s look. Happy Haz is happy :D

Last night: Brief Encounter.
While I enjoyed dressing up & being with friends, I wasn’t keen on where we went. Probably because it was my first time. It was the sort of place that wherever you looked, you made eye contact with someone creepy-looking. Not good when you’re dressed as a posh, almost-camp prosecutor.
On the prosecutor topic, someone recognised who I was dressed up as! A really pretty girl dressed as a fairy came up to me at the bar. This was how the conversation went:
Her: “Excuse me! My friend thinks you’re Austin Powers, but I don’t think you are…”
Me: “Umm no…”
Her: “…Is it Phoenix Wright?”
Me: “*smiles* Close!”
Her: “*el gasp* OH MY GOD YOU’RE MILES EDGEWORTH!!! *turns to friend* HE’S FROM MY FAVOURITE GAMES EVER! *jumps up & down* That’s an amazing costume, you look just like him!”
Me: *excited* You’ve actually made my night, someone knew who I was! :D”
Then she asked her friend to take a picture of me with her, then introduced herself as Danielle. She then got dragged away by a couple other friends & we said goodbye.
….I wish I got her full name. She was pretty, funny AND a big Ace Attorney fangirl! Sigh, time to have a look round Facebook I guess. Someone who I know must know her surely!
That isn’t being a bit weird is it? :/
