Day consisted of meeting him at the arcade, a windy walk down the prom to the Sea Life Centre, have a wander round that (having a right laugh at the ugly fish & the smiley-faced rays :p) then finish off by having noodles in the shopping centre before having to catch our respective buses.
It was more of a friendly outing rather than a date really (only a big hug at the end) but think I may see him again at some point, I enjoyed it :)
New headphones! So much better than the ones I were originally going to buy. Now I can look like I’m from another galaxy while listening to music xD

Edit: Yeah I’m gonna let the beard grow back, only takes a night for me! Just needed to shave.I looked in the mirror today & genuinely thought my belly was inflated…but no, its back. I’ve gotten back into the habit of lots if snacks at night & I NEED to stop. So I’m going out on an epic bike ride, frig knows where. Just as long as I get tired & lose some fat…

I think I’d love to start swimming again but I reckon I’d feel weird going on my own…wonder of any of my friends would do it too?
I WILL get this belly down & I WILL gain a little bit of muscle. I promise myself. I’m not going back to the 40in waist & 15st weight again.
PS Which exercises are best for getting a 6-pack? Sit-ups are almost impossible for me right now, so not them.
And already I can feel & see that my arms have gained bulk. YYYYYYYEEEEEAAAAAHHH I’m a man!!…………..ahem. xD
All I need now is a good exercise regime to get rid of this belly & give me a six-pack. Any tips?
